I'm confused about the "gift" items. What months will I receive them on?
For ALL subscribers your first pack comes with 2 items you won't be receiving again: the litter can (for which refills are sent every month) and a Microfiber Handle Duster.
From then on, you will receive a gift item every 3 months. So the 4th month, the 7th, the 10th, the 13th, the 16th, etc...
The big exception here is for ultimate pack subscribers. They get these premium items every single month.
What if I want to switch my plan?
No problem! Easily done from your customer account page. Changes are immediate, so unless you have a tracking number for an incoming package - the next one will reflect your changed plan.
Do I need to register to subscribe?
No. However, if you need to make any changes or wish to see the next shipment information, you will need to have an account.
I purchased a subscription without registering an account. What now?
You can still register your account. Just ensure you use the same email address you used and checkout, and the account information will sync *magically*.
Will I receive the same items every month?
Yes, the idea behind the subscription pack is to refill the necessities we all need to keep our vehicles clean. You will always receive the items as depicted on the subscription pack pages.
On rare occasion, a manufacturer may change packaging or another feature, in which case we may have to accommodate a change. Any such instances will result in a company-wide email notification to every customer. For instance recently we switched from "1up" wipes to "Auto-Brite" wipes due to availability issues.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we do not - stay tuned for international packs in the coming months.
When do you ship?
Right away! Well... pretty close. You shipment sate will be 2 business days after you sign up. We email shipment notifications with tracking numbers with every shipment :)
OK, So when am I billed?
You'll be billed the same day you sign up - every month. So, if you sign up June 4th, you'll be re-billed July 4th.
I need to change my address, is this possible?
Yes! Again, address changes can be made on your account page. If it mis-matches the billing address, we may have to reach out and contact you, though :)
I'm going to be out of town, can I skip a month?
No problem! Just "pause" your subscription from your account page. We won't bill or ship until you resume.
What if I don't want a specific item?
Currently we cannot accommodate customized packaging, though we do have something in the works for next year :)
Do you ever offer discounts?
Only if you prepay for 6 or 12 months. We discount 5% and 10% respectively.
