At Custom Auto Crews, orders placed by 8 a.m. Pacific Time are usually processed the same day. Our two major warehouses in California and New Jersey handle all the orders directly, meaning we can get product to each coast quickly. Typically, it takes 1 to 5 business days for delivery.
All orders over $35 have 100% FREE shipping (in the continental US), which means no worries about extra costs on auto accessories for your vehicle.
We ship from both coasts to ensure the fastest standard shipping possible!
When available, expedited delivery options will be offered in your cart.
If you’re in a hurry, give us a call first before placing your order so we can talk about rush options. We work with several carriers to provide a complete range of shipping services.
Please note that orders shipped with expedited delivery options are not eligible for Free Shipping.
We work hard to get your order out of our doors the same day it’s placed. From there, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.
Once the item ships, please allow an additional 1-5 business days for delivery to your door. Because our products ship from warehouses across the U.S., exact shipping methods and times will vary by item. Also, your items may not ship together or arrive at the same time.
Locations & Tracking
Currently, we only ship to the United States.
If you need to ship to multiple addresses, multiple orders must be placed.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
When you receive the parts, please inspect them right away and refuse if they were damaged during shipping. If you were unable to refuse the order, please call us right away. We will help you file a claim. Once that claim is processed through the carrier, we will send out a replacement order. This is the same process for orders that were never delivered.
Custom Auto Crews allows FREE Returns on all items still in new and unused condition. No hidden charges! Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Code and instructions for return.
Return and Exchange Procedure
We will accept returns for any reason within 30 days. As long as the item is still in new, unused condition, we'll take it back.
To initiate a return, please go to http://customautocrews.com/pages/return or contact us by either calling a Customer Care Specialist at (888) 980-8148 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please write "Return Request" as your subject line so we can handle the email request appropriately.
Our Customer Care Specialists will provide you with an RA#, and email you detailed return instructions.
To exchange a part, please call us for an RMA and let us know what part you would like in exchange. We will then process the exchange and refund any differences from the original order. If more is owed, you must pay for that amount before the exchange is sent out.
Return Shipping Cost
A FREE Return shipping label will be provided if the return is due to manufacturer defect or Custom Auto Crews error. This way, you can get your order back to us right away so we can issue a replacement.
Custom Auto Crews can provide discounted shipping labels for other cases upon request by customers. So, if you accidentally order the wrong accessory, return shipping will be affordable.
Good news - we don't charge a restocking fee!
Refunds are issued quickly, usually within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Once we issue the refund, it may take a few days for your bank to release the funds into your account. The whole process can take up to 10 days, but usually far less. It all depends on where you bank.
